Tottenham vs Chelsea : An Outrageous game in the History of Premier League

Image
Fig: A scenario from last night's match of Tottenham vs Chelsea On 6th November Monday night, Tottenham and Chelsea played one of the craziest matches in the history of the Premier League.  The Blues, led by Mauricio Pochettino won three points on their return to Tottenham as they came back from behind to win the game by 4-1 in North London. This doesn't tell all the craziness that happened in the match which includes no less than 10 cards dished out and the host team reduced to nine men. The home team made a quick start by scoring a goal in the 5th minute of the game through a deflected Dejan Kulusevski effort. They almost made their lead double in a short while with an effort by Heung-Min Son but he'd marginally stayed offside and the well-worked goal was chalked off. Chelsea tried to get on the board but both of their goal efforts had been disallowed. At l...

He said, "India's work productivity is one of the lowest in the world. For nation-building, Youngsters should want to work 70-hour a week. This is what Germans and Japanese did after the Second World War". Now, this has created a raging debate around the country. Some of the businessmen like Sajjan Jindal (Chairman and Managing Director of JSW Group of Companies) supported Mr. Murthy's remark. "It's not about burnout; it's about dedication". He also said that a "5-day work culture is not what a rapidly-developing nation such as India needs. But there are many other businessmen like Ashneer Grover who said "Quality time over the number of hours matters".  I have asked my friends, colleagues, and other working professionals about their views on 70-hour-a-week work. Many of them said th...
